Built in 2013, the “Le Noctile” Youth Hostel is located just a stone’s throw from the historic centre and all the facilities. Open throughout the year, it offers comfortable single or double rooms with ensuite bathroom and many services. The historic capital of Gascony, and the birthplace of d’Artagnan, Auch is an essential stop on the St Jacques de Compostelle pilgrimage route. Between Garonne and Spain, Gers is a cultural crossroads and meeting-place. Good humour and a warm friendly atmosphere are carried by the sound of the bandas: this is the image of rugby, bullfighting games (non-violent “Courses Landaises” and corridas), village fetes and exceptional landscape.
Gers can be explored comfortably, whichever pace you prefer! Walking, horse-riding, cycling or kayaking. The scenery goes by at a leisurely speed.
